DELTA BUILDING AUTOMATION COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
Delta Building Automation is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our people. We believe that no task is so important that it can’t be done safely.
‘Safety is fundamental to our workplace culture – we do it right.’
At Delta each person is responsible for acting safely without risk to themselves or others. Working safely is a condition of employment. We provide continual training on safety in the workplace, and we work hard to promote a strong health and safety culture.
Our DO IT RIGHT strategy provides a consistent and systematic approach to leading and managing health and safety across the business. Safety in our workplace is also about our people feeling comfortable they can talk openly about safety and raise any concerns with their manager.
What does a safety framework mean at Delta Building Automation?
The Delta Building Automation Safety System is a tailored framework, set up in accordance with the ISO Safety Standard 45001, to ensure the highest level of safety management across all aspects of our business.
We do this so that staff are safe in every environment and to be compliant with the legislation (Safety Acts, Regulations and Codes of Practice). It ensures we are meeting the Primary duty of care - to protect the health, safety and welfare of all workers and of all other people who might be affected by the work Delta Building Automation does.
